We provide an extensive benefits package customized to fit each individual's and their family's needs.

• Medical Insurance

  • Group Medical Insurance coverage is available to our employees. Our employees have the option to either add their spouse and/or children to the medical plan. Additionally, the employee can upgrade to a high end plan at an additional cost. Medical coverage begins on the date of hire.

• Dental Insurance

  • Group Dental Insurance is available to all W2 employees.

• Disability Insurance

  • First Soft Solutions Short-term disability and Long-term disability Insurance is available to all W2 employees.

• 401K Plan

  • First Soft Solutions employees are encouraged to save for retirement and save on taxes today. All W2 employees are eligible to join the plan after one year of service.

• Basic Life Insurance

  • The Basic Life Insurance Plan pays a benefit in a lump sum to the named beneficiary in the event of the insured's death.

• Transit Checks

  • First Soft Solutions offers our W2 employees the opportunity to save money by enrolling in our commuter benefits program. First Soft Solutions offers Transit Checks which allows our W2 employees to save on taxes by utilizing Transit checks to pay for their commuter costs. You can set aside up to $230 a month for your transit expenses or your commuter-related parking costs.

  • Our Employees enjoy paid First Soft Solutions observed holidays, 10 days of Vacation and Sick days, work from home option, flexi timing, and personal day off.

• Employee Referral Program

  • All you need is your referral's resume along with the contact information.
  • You should submitted a referral notification prior to the time the candidate is offered an interview or the candidate indicated your referral on the online application.
  • Each referral we hire for eligible requisitions will earn you a reward.
  • You will receive $500 within 60 days of your referral's employment with the us and upon 12 months of employment, you will receive an additional $500
  
  Candidates are eligible for employee referral provided they:
  • Are not currently employed by First Soft Solutions in any capacity, including temporary, hourly or internships.
  • Have not been referred previously by someone else
  • Have not previously applied for a position.
  • Senior Management, HR Professionals and employees involved in the sourcing, recruiting or hiring process of the referred candidate are not eligible

  • From business domain training to behavioral skills and sales workshops, First Soft Solutions Continual Training Programs span a wide range of topics. Requirements are tracked based on business exigencies, capabilities and aspirations of the employees and capacity building programs are structured accordingly.
